About The Position

Learn It Systems is hiring multiple Certified Teachers throughout Duvall County for the 2026/27 school year, with opportunities to work with students K-12. Learn It Systems is a national education organization dedicated to helping all children succeed. We are seeking individuals who value collaboration, integrity, and making a difference in students' lives. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, interdisciplinary team focused on creating exceptional learning experiences for children in need. You will be part of an educational team, including a supervisor, fellow educators, and teaching aides, working with a diverse population of students. This team collaborates with the School District of Duvall County to deliver high-quality education services in reading and mathematics in a small group learning environment. As a Teacher, you will implement program components and work closely with school personnel and parents. You will be part of a collaborative team working with students who qualify for Title I assistance.

Requirements

  • Active FLDOE Teacher Certification or FLDOE Statement of Eligibility required.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers, and parents.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
  • Work location is in a school building where employee will need to be able to go up and down stairs.
  • Frequent standing and ability to raise arms above the head.
  • Hand dexterity for typing and entering data into a computer.
  • Applicants must be presently eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Focus on literacy and/or mathematics preferred.
  • Experience working with Title I students a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with school administrators and classroom teachers to identify Title I students.
  • Planning and delivering effective instruction in a small group setting.
  • Administering pre and post assessments.
  • Consistent tracking of student progress and data.
  • Effective classroom management.
  • Escorting students to and from the Title I classroom.
  • Providing a safe and positive learning environment.
