About The Position

Heritage Classical Academy is seeking a full-time Intervention Aide for the Pepper Pike Campus. This role involves working with students, teachers, and parents to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges. The Intervention Aide will implement targeted interventions, provide support and guidance, and collaborate with the Student Services Team to ensure student success. A vibrant Christian testimony and full support of HCA’s Statement of Faith are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or similar field
• Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Compassionate and Christ-centered approach
• Possess a Christian testimony demonstrating a personal, active, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Fully support HCA’s Statement of Faith
• Be involved in a local church that aligns with the mission and vision of HCA

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group support to students
• In conjunction with the Student Services Coordinator, conduct progress monitoring and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and data on student progress and interventions
