About The Position

Inspira Education Group is seeking a full-time Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) Tutor passionate about education and driven to help students succeed in MCAT test preparation and medical school admissions. This role involves one-on-one student mentoring, creating personalized study plans, and providing expert guidance for all sections of the MCAT exam. The position is fully remote, based anywhere in the United States or Canada, requiring 40 hours per week of tutoring scheduled around student availability, including weekday evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor's Degree or higher is required)
Able to tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends— 40 hours per week
Have previously taken the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) (copy of official score report required)
A baseline MCAT score of 521+
2+ years of previous teaching or tutoring experience
Able to provide MCAT test preparation for the full exam and each section
Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environment

Responsibilities

Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the MCAT exam, 40 hours per week
Tailor an MCAT test prep curriculum to students' needs
Track and analyze student progress and performance
Create and maintain project trackers to monitor MCAT preparation progress
Keep students' families up to date on academic progress and MCAT milestones
Be passionate about education and an expert MCAT tutor and thought leader for your students
Take on additional income opportunities as they arise, such as leading webinars or training other tutors
