Critical Materials Group (CMG) is rebuilding America's domestic explosives manufacturing capacity, and we're looking for motivated students to join us for internship opportunities across the company — including Engineering, Production, Operations, Growth, and Corporate functions. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program.
• Interest in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field relevant to CMG's work.
• Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Background check required; some roles may require the ability to obtain site/ATF eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day projects and priorities within your assigned team.
• Assist with hands-on work, research, or analysis as needed by the team.
• Participate in learning opportunities, mentorship, and team meetings.
• Present a summary of your work or a final project at the end of the internship.
