About The Position

Convey is seeking motivated, driven, and curious interns to join our team across Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology. These internship opportunities provide hands-on experience, exposure to business operations, and the opportunity to contribute meaningful work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, support key initiatives, and gain practical experience that supports future career growth.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business technology tools
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communications
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
  • Maintain HR records and organizational systems
  • Assist with reporting, projects, and process improvement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to HR operations
  • Assist with financial reporting and data analysis
  • Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
  • Maintain financial documentation and records
  • Help identify operational efficiencies and process improvements
  • Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Assist with hardware and software support requests
  • Support system administration and technology operations
  • Help document IT processes and procedures
  • Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Participate in technology improvement initiatives
