About The Position
Convey is seeking motivated, driven, and curious associates to join our team across Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology. These associate opportunities provide hands-on experience, exposure to business operations, and the opportunity to contribute meaningful work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business technology tools

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communications
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Maintain HR records and organizational systems
- Assist with reporting, projects, and process improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative support to HR operations
- Assist with financial reporting and data analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain financial documentation and records
- Help identify operational efficiencies and process improvements
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Assist with hardware and software support requests
- Support system administration and technology operations
- Help document IT processes and procedures
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Participate in technology improvement initiatives
