About The Position

G&G Insurance is seeking motivated college students interested in gaining meaningful business experience and learning more about the insurance industry. The G&G Internship Program is designed to provide interns with broad exposure to a growing independent insurance organization. Interns will have opportunities to learn from and contribute to multiple areas of the company while working alongside G&G employees and leaders. The specific responsibilities of the internship may evolve based on business needs, current projects, and the strengths and interests of each intern. Depending on the structure of the internship and current business priorities, interns may receive exposure to areas including: Customer and Client Care, Account Management, Sales and business development, Personal Lines Insurance, Commercial Lines Insurance, Insurance carrier relationships, Business operations, Special projects, Company and community events. Interns may participate in departmental rotations, shadow employees and leaders, assist with business initiatives, complete research or analysis, support projects, and contribute to day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Supporting teams across different areas of the organization.
Learning G&G's processes, systems, products, and customer experience.
Assisting with research, analysis, projects, and business initiatives.
Participating in meetings, training sessions, departmental activities, and company events.
Working collaboratively with employees throughout G&G.
Completing assigned projects and presenting findings or recommendations when appropriate.
Taking on additional responsibilities based on performance, interests, and organizational needs.
