About The Position

G&G Insurance is seeking motivated college students interested in gaining meaningful business experience and learning more about the insurance industry. The G&G Internship Program is designed to provide interns with broad exposure to a growing independent insurance organization. Interns will have opportunities to learn from and contribute to multiple areas of the company while working alongside G&G employees and leaders. The specific responsibilities of the internship may evolve based on business needs, current projects, and the strengths and interests of each intern.

Responsibilities

Supporting teams across different areas of the organization.
Learning G&G's processes, systems, products, and customer experience.
Assisting with research, analysis, projects, and business initiatives.
Participating in meetings, training sessions, departmental activities, and company events.
Working collaboratively with employees throughout G&G.
Completing assigned projects and presenting findings or recommendations when appropriate.
Taking on additional responsibilities based on performance, interests, and organizational needs.
