The Operations Partnership team is an international team within P&WC Operations, focused on operational performance and supporting our key partners around the world. Partnership engine programs require continuous oversight throughout the development and production cycles to mitigate the risks associated with these programs.

Requirements

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of: Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) SQL and database concepts Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) Integration between systems and API concept Understanding of KPIs, reporting frameworks, and data structures.
  • Programming knowledge
  • Interested on AI as part of solution to automated reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in improving digital workflows and automation processes.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand data and reporting needs.
  • Support system testing, documentation, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Create manuals as required
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Automate recurring reports and KPI tracking processes.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (Power BI, Webcon and other integrated systems between Business Units)
  • Develop and document KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
