About The Position

This internship role focuses on reviewing engineering documentation for Ride & Show systems, including drawings, theory of operations, and hazard analyses. The intern will build relationships with internal partners to create and update communication and tracking systems for documentation. Additionally, the intern will learn to execute audits on Ride & Show systems' documentation and collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues identified during audits.

Requirements

  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophmore or above.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
  • A transcript is required upon application.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Education in engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred majors include: Mechanical Engineering, other Engineering or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of SmartSheet
  • Mechanical Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work with Compliance lead, engineers, and Technical Managers to communicate audit requirements and report documentation collection status.
  • Review and audit Ride & Show documentation provided by vendors and relevant 3rd parties against industry standards and for completion.
  • Maintain progress reports for documentation completion, audit progress, etc.
