About The Position
This internship offers a behind-the-scenes look into the workings of a global player, providing practical, degree-related experience. The role involves supporting Purchasing Project Management, specifically focusing on localization projects in Southeast Asia. The intern will collaborate with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing departments on various aspects including quality, trials, and orders. Key tasks include creating management presentations, handling quality issue reports, coordinating shipments and onsite visits, and participating in international and local teams. The role also entails managing purchasing processes such as change management, requests for quotations, purchasing requisitions, and purchasing orders.
Requirements
- University studies in bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Good at maintaining an overview even in complex projects and coordinating your own topics
- Able to defend your professional opinion in discussions
- Enjoy solving challenging tasks and enjoy international cooperation
- Good written and spoken English
- Analytical, structured and self-organized
- Networking-ability and high degree of assertiveness, persuasiveness and team-orientation
- Very good communication skills
- MS-Office, especially Excel
Nice To Haves
- German is a plus
- SAP and PILUM preferable
- Former working experience in the area of purchasing, project management or engineering preferable (e.g. previous internship, pre-master at Bosch)
- 6 months or more internship preferable
