About The Position

Our twelve-week Lindternship program offers hands-on experience, allowing undergraduate and graduate students to gain practical skills and contribute to projects that directly impact our business. During the summer, interns will be paired with a mentor, attend professional career development workshops/sessions and attend networking events to meet additional team members. Our Lindternship Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders who are passionate, curious, and ready to make an impact in the premium chocolate industry. If you’re driven by innovation, inspired by quality, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment, this is the place for you. Our program is based at our Lindt USA HQ in Stratham, NH. The internship program runs from June 1, 2027 - August 20, 2027.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with graduation between May 2027 and May 2029
Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a collaborative spirit
Excited to contribute to Lindt’s mission and values
Demonstrate initiative by stepping into leadership roles and driving results
Simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly
Demonstrate agility in fast-paced environments
Pursue opportunities to expand your skill set
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Successfully pass a background screening.
May be required to pass drug screenings.
