About the Opportunity Location: Bailey Nurseries locations Schedule: Seasonal, full-time internship opportunities may vary by location and department FLSA Status: Non-Exempt – Paid Internship At Bailey Nurseries, we believe our people are the root of our success. Our internship program is designed to help students grow both professionally and personally through hands-on experience, mentorship, and meaningful exposure to the horticulture industry and business operations. Interns at Bailey Nurseries have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain insight into career paths across our organization. Depending on business needs, internships may be available in areas such as nursery operations, horticulture, marketing, human resources, information technology, inventory, sales, and other support functions. What an Internship at Bailey Nurseries May Include: Gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment Supporting day-to-day tasks and seasonal projects within an assigned department Learning from mentors, supervisors, and team members across the organization Participating in projects that support business operations and team goals Building knowledge of the horticulture industry and Bailey Nurseries’ operations Developing communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Exploring career interests and strengthening professional experience

Requirements

  • Current students or recent graduates interested in internship opportunities
  • Interest in horticulture, agriculture, business operations, or related fields
  • Willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Positive attitude and interest in professional growth

Responsibilities
