About The Position

Strawberry Fields, Inc. is a Human Service agency providing residential and community services to individuals with Intellectual disabilities and/or mental health challenges. We are celebrating 50+ years of service to the Centre region! This internship opportunity is in a group home setting, supporting individuals with Intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities and/or mental health challenges. The intern will also shadow the Program Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential group home. This is an unpaid internship.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Criminal background check required
• Professional and Personal references required
• Must have exceptional communication skills in interactions with consumers, staff, families, and the community.

• Must be flexible regarding availability and schedule
• Ability to work as a team member and actively participate in all daily routines is essential
