About The Position
Prime Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our dynamic Behavioral Health team at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Current Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Valid DEA registration
- Strong clinical skills in adult outpatient psychiatry preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a passion for patient-centered behavioral health care
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care to adults, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (nurses, therapists, social workers, and advanced practice providers).
