Requirements

  • Studies in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a comparable field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in internal communications, employee engagement, and digital media.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach, combined with a structured way of working.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Fluent English; additional language skills in German, French, or Italian are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal communications activities across channels such as the intranet, digital screens, employee engagement initiatives, and CSR projects.
  • Research, write, and edit articles, announcements, presentations, scripts, and other communication materials.
  • Create and coordinate visual and video content and support translations into local languages.
  • Assist in the organization of employee and leadership events.
  • Maintain communication resources, including the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, key messaging repository, and video library.
  • Support selected external communications activities, including website content, social media, and media relations initiatives.
