About The Position

Dimensional’s summer internship program is designed for individuals with a strong interest in the investing, financial services, and/or asset management industry. Interns will spend their summer working alongside top asset management professionals, developing innovative, academically backed ways to improve the investment experience. The Global Client Group (GCG) is Dimensional's distribution arm, responsible for developing and managing business relationships with financial advisors, institutions, and consultants globally. The GCG aims to provide insights and tools that help clients deliver a better financial experience by understanding their evolving needs and identifying areas where Dimensional can add value.

Requirements

Minimum GPA of 3.2.
Pursuing an undergraduate or specialized Master’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 - June 2028.
Interest in financial markets and passionate about improving the investment experience.
An understanding and appreciation of Dimensional's investment philosophy.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Team-first mindset with an ability to proactively identify and help others solve problems.
Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) with the ability to learn programs as needed.
This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Play an integral part in the day-to-day support provided to clients.
Learn how Dimensional applies principles developed by academic research to the real world of investing.
Work on various presentation and analytical projects.
Present results to the team at the end of the internship.
