About The Position

Dimensional's summer internship in the Global Client Group (GCG) offers students a unique opportunity to gain experience in the investing, financial services, and asset management industry. The GCG is Dimensional's distribution arm, focused on building and managing relationships with financial advisors, institutions, and consultants. Interns will work alongside professionals, applying academic research to real-world investing, and contributing to innovative solutions that improve the investment experience. The program is designed for undergraduate or graduate students to play an integral role in daily client support and to learn how Dimensional translates academic principles into practical investment strategies.

Requirements

Minimum GPA of 3.2
Pursuing an undergraduate or specialized Master’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 - June 2028
Interest in financial markets and passionate about improving the investment experience
An understanding and appreciation of Dimensional's investment philosophy
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Team-first mindset with an ability to proactively identify and help others solve problems
Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) with the ability to learn programs as needed

Responsibilities

Play an integral part in the day-to-day support provided to clients.
Learn how Dimensional takes principles developed by academic research and applies them to the real world of investing.
Work on various presentation and analytical projects.
Present results to the team at the end of their internship.
