About The Position

Dimensional's summer internship in the Global Client Group (GCG) is designed for students with a strong interest in investing, financial services, and/or asset management. The GCG is Dimensional's distribution arm, focusing on sales channels that serve a diverse client base. The program aims to transform the way the world invests by putting the client first and developing deep, enduring business relationships with financial advisors, institutions, and consultants. Interns will gain insights and tools to help clients deliver a better financial experience, working on various presentation and analytical projects.

Requirements

Minimum GPA of 3.2
Pursuing an undergraduate or specialized Master’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 - June 2028
Interest in financial markets and passionate about improving the investment experience
An understanding and appreciation of Dimensional's investment philosophy
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Team-first mindset with an ability to proactively identify and help others solve problems
Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) with the ability to learn programs as needed

Responsibilities

Play an integral part in the day-to-day support provided to clients.
Learn how Dimensional applies principles developed by academic research to the real world of investing.
Work on various presentation and analytical projects.
Present results to the team at the end of the internship.
