The position is based at our Mississauga location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site. Requirements

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursuing studies in Automated Production, Electrical, Mechanical, or Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of problem-solving processes (e.g. DIVE).

  • Technical knowledge of aeronautical parts and engine manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate the validity and quality of the product and processes in order to find solutions to non-conformities of parts from production (non-conformities related to assembly and / or suppliers).
  • Interact on a daily basis with the various teams, including production and Quality Department representatives.
  • Help the Quality team with supplier and production line escapes, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in regular quality issue reviews and complete management summaries while driving to resolution.
  • Collaborate in Production line issues with technical analysis and complete DIVE presentations.
  • Analyze non-quality data and provide monthly report showing ongoing quality investigations, non-conformance management and Production Line improvements.
  • Participate in tactical quality clinics in collaboration with the multi-skilled Manufacturing Specialists.
