Internship – EUV CSCM UIR

ASML•Hillsboro, OR

About The Position

ASML US develops lithography machines that enable leading chipmakers to produce smaller, more powerful microchips. Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) UIR supports EUV upgrades, installations, and relocations at customer sites across the United States. The team prepares and executes scheduled customer events by coordinating material requirements, monitoring material availability, addressing supply constraints, and supporting the flow of parts and tools needed for project execution, in collaboration with Customer Support and other supply chain partners. The CSCM Intern will support the EUV UIR Customer Supply Chain team through a defined improvement assignment focused on material availability, planning, and operational process effectiveness. The intern will analyze supply chain data and existing processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop practical recommendations. The intern will document findings, present recommendations to the team, and deliver an end-of-summer presentation about their work. Projects are tailored to the intern’s education, experience, and learning objectives. Example projects have included defining goals and KPIs; evaluating processes and updating documentation using continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN and Six Sigma; creating data visualizations to identify automation opportunities using Power BI or Copilot; collaborating with CSCM colleagues to identify Best Known Methods; and participating in projects to improve material-flow performance. The role calls for an individual who can work independently or collaboratively, communicate professionally, follow procedures and timelines, and respond effectively to changing workloads and deadlines.
