Internet Service Technician
About The Position
Arrive Internet is the fastest growing internet service provider in Brazos County. An Internet Service Technician is responsible for installing and troubleshooting internet service runs per company standards. Candidates must have a willingness to work on roofs and various job-sites. Willingness to climb towers after certified training is preferred but not required. This position requires technicians to be available to work 8 hour shifts 5 days a week, with flexibility between the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Internet Service Technicians must also be available to work a rotating on-call shift.

Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot internet service runs per company standards.
- Provide a great customer service experience.
- Maintain company vehicle.
- Maintain inventory.
- Determine appropriate tools, requirements, and inventory/supplies necessary to successfully complete jobs for that day.
- Be mindful of the schedule, including communicating as necessary with customers and management as the day's workload is progressing.
- Adhere to a structured work process for each type of ticket assigned for the day.
- Provide detailed notes as to work that was done, and materials used in a timely manner for each job.
- Be respectful of customers' property.
- Perform a quality job with quality attitude.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
