About The Position

Nissan of Downtown LA is hiring an Internet Sales Representative. This role is responsible for handling incoming calls, chat/call requests, and emails. The representative will record contacts in the Lead Management System and convert sales opportunities into confirmed appointments or hand them off to a Sales Consultant. They will also be responsible for making contact with assigned leads. Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication & computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to efficiently enter accurate information into computerized tracking system.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Must be able to work in a drug free workplace.

Responsibilities
