About The Position

Airport Marina Honda is looking for a motivated, results-driven Internet Sales Professional to join our growing sales team. Our dealership continues to experience strong year-over-year growth, creating an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who know how to respond quickly, build relationships, set appointments, and close deals. As a high-volume Honda dealership partnered with the Costco Auto Program and TrueCar, our team has access to a strong pipeline of internet customers and quality sales opportunities. If you have automotive sales experience and want to take your earning potential to the next level through internet and e-commerce sales, we'd like to talk with you.

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required
• Internet/e-commerce sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong phone, text and email communication skills
• Excellent follow-up habits
• Confident appointment-setting and closing abilities
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Team player with a positive, competitive attitude

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming internet leads
• Contact customers through phone, text and email
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Set qualified appointments and maximize show rates
• Follow up consistently with unsold and future customers
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and follow-up schedules
• Present vehicles and explain features, technology and benefits
• Conduct test drives and assist customers through the purchase process
• Stay informed on inventory, pricing, incentives and current promotions
• Prospect for additional sales opportunities
• Complete required dealership and Honda training
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
