Join the Heritage Honda Westminster Team as an Automotive Internet Sales Manager! Heritage Catonsville’s Internet Sales Department is expanding and seeking a motivated, tech-savvy individual to enhance our online presence. The position involves contacting customers through their preferred communication methods and encouraging them to visit the dealership. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Successful Sales background, Automotive preferred
Strong computer/internet, mobile/Smartphone skills
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
Self-starter but also able to work successfully as a member of a team

Responsibilities

Monitor and keep track of all internet submission traffic per assigned brand
Ensure proper workflow and productivity of all Sales
Work alongside upper management to achieve the required sales goals for the internet per assigned brand
Provide knowledgeable sales and phone training to sales staff
Ensure professional etiquette is being followed among staff
Confirm internet appointments scheduled throughout the week for assigned brands
Perform weekly/monthly performance reviews of the sales staff
Provide reporting as needed to all management staff
Frequent activity reports are being monitored to check for a lack of performance
Conflict resolution skills and critical thinking abilities
Ability to lead staff and work towards sales goals
Available to work an extended schedule per sales requirements
