About The Position

Central City Toyota is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional to join their growing Internet Sales & Business Development Center (BDC). This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through their vehicle-buying journey, and reconnecting with existing customers for upgrade opportunities. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, staying organized, and making a positive impact. Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching are provided, making automotive experience unnecessary.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude with a professional and outgoing personality
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, email, and chat
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to learn, improve, and succeed
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, inside sales, appointment setting, or automotive experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, chats, and email inquiries
  • Build relationships with prospective customers by answering questions and guiding them through the beginning of the buying process
  • Proactively contact existing customers regarding vehicle upgrade opportunities, lease maturities, trade-in values, service retention, and current Toyota incentives
  • Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing, leasing, or learning more about their options
  • Maintain consistent follow-up using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact through showroom visit
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes
  • Meet individual performance goals while contributing to the overall success of the team
