Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to operate technology of vehicles, phones, and computers, as well as social media.
  • All applicants must be at least 19 years old and be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report and valid driver's license.

  • Sales (and/or automotive sales), cold calling, prospecting, customer service, CRM, and Microsoft Suite experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responding to leads and inquiries generated through our website
  • Guiding customers through the buying process with professionalism and expertise
  • Offering test drives and explaining vehicle features, benefits, and performance
  • Writing sales orders, processing paperwork, and maintaining follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Keeping up to date with Lexus product innovations, accessories, and industry trends
