About The Position

Don Ringler Chevrolet is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Internet Sales Consultant to join our sales team. Today’s car buying experience often starts online, and this role is critical to helping customers take the next step with confidence. As an Internet Sales Consultant, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers who submit online inquiries, call the dealership, or express interest in a vehicle. You will help answer questions, set appointments, provide information, and create a great experience from the very first conversation. If you are driven, organized, quick to respond, and enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to build a career in automotive sales with a growing Chevrolet dealership.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internet sales or automotive sales experience
  • Internet sales experience: 1 year preferred
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Greet customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
  • Listen to customer needs and help recommend the right vehicle options
  • Set appointments and follow up to help customers move through the buying process
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Provide accurate and timely vehicle information, pricing, availability, and next steps
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Follow up with sold and unsold customers to ensure satisfaction and generate future opportunities
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, features, technology, incentives, and options
  • Use the dealership CRM to manage leads, follow-up tasks, appointments, and customer communication
  • Stay organized and consistent with daily activity, lead management, and follow-up processes
  • Work closely with sales managers and the sales team to maximize every opportunity
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals
  • Represent Don Ringler Chevrolet with professionalism, energy, and integrity
