Requirements
- Automotive sales experience is required
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- A valid and active driver’s license
- Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements
Nice To Haves
- Automotive Internet Sales experience is preferred
- Flexible work schedule
Responsibilities
- Responsible for responding to and managing all Internet sales leads
- Check and respond to email and internet inquiries immediately
- Research available vehicles and relevant products
- Communicate effectively with Internet guests and prospects
- Keep abreast of new features and available accessories, and translate their benefit to guests
- Direct guests to product information resources
- Maintain and update notes and information in a customer database
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop career skills through regular training and instructions
- Know, understand and abide by Federal, State and Local laws
- Other duties as assigned by management
