Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to work independently, plan daily activities, and collaborate with the team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and professional demeanor.
  • Integrity, strong character, and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Business attire is required for interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to sales leads through phone, text, and email in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit and test drive vehicles.
  • Explain vehicle features and controls to customers to improve their ownership experience.
  • Maintain relationships by following up with both sold and unsold leads.
  • Create a positive and lasting customer experience through excellent service and support.
