About The Position

Berman Nissan Chicago is looking for an Experienced Internet Sales BDC Agent to add to the team! This position involves responding to inbound sales inquiries, conducting outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer information in the CRM system. The role requires collaboration with the sales team to achieve dealership goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous BDC experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
• Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
