About The Position
Berman Subaru is looking for an Experienced Internet Sales BDC Agent to add to the team! This position is located at Berman Subaru of Chicago and offers a competitive annual pay range of $41,600 - $95,000, which includes a competitive hourly rate plus monthly bonuses.
Requirements
- Previous BDC experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
