About The Position
Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an Experience Internet Sales BDC Agent to add to the team! This position is located at Berman CDJR in Oak Lawn, IL. The pay is $18.00/HR plus competitive monthly bonuses ranging from an additional $500-$2,000 per month. The schedule is Monday-Saturday with a rotating weekday and Saturday off.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
Nice To Haves
- Previous BDC experience, highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
