About The Position

Woody Folsom Automotive Inc is seeking a dedicated and motivated Internet Sales Associate to join our team in Baxley, GA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our online customers, assisting them through the sales process with professionalism and exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing internet inquiries and guiding shoppers towards the perfect vehicle purchase.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or internet sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple customer leads simultaneously.
• Proficient in using CRM software, email platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet inquiries and leads with accurate and detailed information about our vehicle inventory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current customers through email, phone, and live chat communication.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate test drives with customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of communications and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and dealership policies to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
