About The Position

Internet Sales Agent for a well-known AAA Brand Products and Service with excellent earning potential and paid training. This role is for a career-minded, service-driven professional looking to join a fast-paced organization. With strong AAA products and legendary service, you'll enjoy the benefits of receiving member and internet sales leads to meet monthly sales goals. Responsibilities include qualifying and quoting prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products, following up with members and insured’s, and prospecting for new business. You will also inspect related documentation and resolve membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment, multi-task, and identify cross-selling opportunities. This role requires working some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but is a plus. A competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals is essential.

Requirements

  • Effective communicator both written and verbal
  • Computer experience and good organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and retention skills
  • Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
  • High School Diploma required
  • Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines as well as Life license
  • Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
  • Successful completion of a Background Check
  • Ability to pass a Drug Screen

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience highly preferred
  • College Degree a plus
  • Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
