About The Position
At Mac Haik Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we have a strong and committed sales staff with many years of experience satisfying our customers' needs. We are looking for a digital-savvy sales leader who knows how to turn online shoppers into loyal customers. Our dealership is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Internet Manager to take charge and OWN our online leads, elevate our digital presence (NOT JUST MANAGE LEADS), and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first click to final sale. We currently average 600 – 800 leads per month.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership CRM systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Speed to Lead (Critical), Appointment setting and show rates, and turning digital traffic into real deals is a MUST.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to hit goals
- Customer-first mindset with a professional, friendly approach
Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming internet leads, phone inquiries, and online chats
- Respond quickly and professionally to customers across all digital platforms
- Build rapport, schedule appointments, and guide customers through the buying process
- Track lead performance, follow-up processes, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth handoffs and high close rates
- Maintain a strong online reputation through review management and customer follow-up
