About The Position

Assemble food kits according to work orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer quality standards and all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. The role includes moving and distributing products, storing products and materials in designated areas, maintaining a clean work area, and sending completed kits to shipping for distribution. The associate may also help compile order worksheets or tickets and record materials received or distributed. This position can be a starting point for career growth within Lineage.

Requirements

Basic math skills.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in and around industrial machinery.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kg; the weight may be greater depending on the facility.
Must be comfortable with various noise levels, which can sometimes be loud.

Responsibilities

Move, gather, and distribute product based on the production schedule and daily work orders.
Assemble food kits and send them to the shipping department for distribution.
Store product and materials in designated areas and follow the established sequence.
Clean the work area throughout the shift.
May assist in compiling worksheets or tickets from customer orders.
May assist in recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
Follow regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
