Requirements

Demonstrated success in a dealership BDC role with expertise in VinSolutions CRM.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of calls and leads effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Use VinSolutions CRM to manage and track all customer interactions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule sales appointments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Ensure all customer concerns regarding costs, warranties, and appointments are addressed.
Confirm appointments and follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction.
