About The Position

Uline is seeking a 2027 International Trade Compliance Intern for a paid, full-time, 12-week summer internship at its corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The intern will gain experience with international trade regulations, business research, and global growth opportunities while partnering with experienced professionals on projects that inform business decisions and international strategies. The internship is open only to college students with junior status. The role is on-site and offers meaningful business projects, a dedicated mentor, competitive summer pay, and the potential to join Uline full-time after graduation. Out-of-town interns may live nearby in complimentary housing. Interns can also take part in Lunch and Learn sessions, outings, and networking events. The headquarters has an on-site café, fitness center, sauna, and walking trails.

Requirements

Must be a college student with junior status.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Research and create processes related to regulatory issues, licenses, and partner government requirements.
Review legal documents submitted by Uline's international vendors.
Work with Trade Compliance programs, including follow-up, process improvements, and audits.
Research export customers and international growth opportunities.
Publish findings and recommendations to leadership to support informed business plans.
