Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
- At least two to three years of experience in export controls administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security and Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
- At least two to three years of experience in customs law, including entry, classification and valuation, and other matters within the jurisdiction of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Nice To Haves
- Additional subject matter experience with economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Additional subject matter experience with trade remedy investigations under U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty and safeguard laws.
