About The Position

The International Shipping Material Handler performs assigned duties to safely obtain and manufacture quality products for shipment to WILD customers. The role follows shipping instructions and quality procedures, uses terminal software and handheld scanners, and supports shipping, inventory, and truck-loading operations. It is moderately supervised and works in a warehouse and office environment. Successful completion of a background check is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and logistics and transportation.
• Barcode experience.
• Stand-up forklift experience.
• Self-motivation and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of a background check.

• A degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow instructions listed on ship reports and order headers.
• Execute required transactions using terminal software and handheld scanners.
• Follow ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP procedures.
• Pull orders for shipment and transfer material between locations.
• Perform shipping functions, label products, and check customer orders before shipment.
• Load and unload trucks and create bills of lading.
• Follow IATA, DOT, and IMDG compliance regulations.
• Maintain inventory record accuracy of 96% or greater.
