About The Position

The International Shipping Material Handler performs assigned duties necessary to safely obtain and manufacture quality products for shipment to WILD customers. The role is moderately supervised and is based in a warehouse and office environment in Erlanger, Kentucky. The successful candidate must complete a background check. Expected pay is $23.00 per hour; actual base pay may vary based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Qualifying overtime hours are paid at the applicable overtime rate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and logistics and transportation.
• Barcode experience.
• Stand-up forklift experience.
• Self-motivation and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow instructions listed on ship reports and order headers.
• Complete required transactions using terminal software and handheld scanners.
• Follow ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP procedures.
• Pull orders for shipment and transfer material between locations.
• Perform shipping functions, label products, and check customer orders before shipment.
• Load and unload trucks and create bills of lading.
• Follow IATA, DOT, and IMDG compliance regulations.
• Maintain inventory record accuracy of 96% or greater.
