About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking individuals interested in obtaining a Hawaii Real Estate License for their new "HGV REAL Hawaii (Real Estate License Acquisition Program)" starting in 2026. This program is designed for those who are interested in a career in timeshare sales but are unsure where to begin. The company will provide comprehensive support, both financially and academically, for obtaining the license. The role offers a competitive compensation package including hourly pay plus incentives, a guaranteed minimum monthly income of $3,000 for the first three months, and benefits that apply from day one. The program includes up to six months of licensing support for individuals with no prior experience, with the potential for promotion to a full-time Sales Executive upon obtaining the license. The work environment is a high-rise office in Honolulu with views of the beach, offering a unique career opportunity within a world-class resort setting. While daily operations are conducted in Japanese, the real estate license exam is administered in English. The company does not currently offer visa support.
