About The Position

This role involves supporting international recruitment and admissions efforts through various communication and data analysis tasks. The student worker will communicate with prospective students, manage communication campaigns, update web content, create social media and video content, and assist with pre-arrival materials. Confidentiality and other duties as assigned are also part of the role.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a student at North Central College.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a database with minimal error.
• Interculturally competent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge/understanding of drip campaigns.
• Ability to problem solve and use critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Willingness to learn and ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic data analysis.
• Communicate with prospective students and applicants via WhatsApp and Slate.
• Draft effective, branded drip email and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Create and manage IRA communications (Snippets, emails, WhatsApp messaging, campaigns) within Slate and WhatsApp.
• Review and improve IRA webpages.
• Create social media content.
• Perform video editing.
• Edit and improve Pre-Arrival materials/events.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
