About The Position

CVS Health’s US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduates support retail pharmacy teams while developing the knowledge and skills needed to prepare for a Pharmacist role. After passing the FPGEE and TOEFL, eligible graduates complete required US internship hours and apply their pharmacy education in real-world practice. Under a preceptor’s direction, they follow a mixed-modality learning plan, participate in pharmacy practice and patient care, build business acumen, and develop leadership skills. The internship must be completed within 18 months, and required pharmacist licensure exams and processes must be completed within 120 days after the internship hours are finished. In the pharmacy, the intern helps operations run smoothly and prescriptions be filled promptly, safely, and accurately, while providing caring service to patients. Depending on applicable laws, regulations, training, and certification, the intern may also support immunizations and other patient health care services. This full-time role requires regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and flexibility to work at the home store or other stores in the market as business needs require. The typical pay range is $30.00–$42.00.
