About The Position

The International Operations and Plans Support SME provides surge planning support for international military engagements, events, seminars, and conferences. Responsibilities include operations center procedures, battle tracking, battle rhythm management, briefings, after-action reports, and bilateral or multilateral coordination. Requires a bachelor’s degree, TSOC or higher command experience, multinational experience, and current DoD Secret clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years’ experience working at a TSOC or higher-level command.
• 2 years’ experience planning and/or managing military operations.
• 1 year experience in a multinational environment, including military, academic, business, non-governmental organization, or another US Government agency experience.
• Current DoD Secret clearance and eligible for SECRET access.

Responsibilities

• Supports international operations and planning efforts during high-demand periods.
• Plans and coordinates international engagement events, seminars, and conferences.
• Manages operations section procedures, including battle tracking and battle rhythm events.
• Prepares briefings, presentations, after-action reports, lessons learned, and event readouts.
• Coordinates, plans, and executes international bilateral and multilateral engagements.
