About The Position

The International Marketing Program Manager is a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon, with an initial expectation of working onsite four days per week. This position serves as the crucial link between international regional marketing teams, the global marketing team, and the Director of International Marketing, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication. The role supports the consolidation of diverse regional considerations into actionable updates, reports, and presentations for the implementation of seasonal marketing plans. It focuses on establishing operational excellence by building and refining scalable processes across the go-to-market process, budgeting, production, execution, and reporting, while continuously seeking opportunities for efficiency improvements and best practices. Additionally, this position acts as a cross-functional project lead, managing various projects from briefing through execution, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across global and regional teams. The role also serves as the proxy for the Director of International Marketing, ensuring communication continuity, preparing materials for executive visibility, and supporting strategic priorities and administrative needs. Ultimately, this role aims to amplify organizational effectiveness by enabling regional teams to operate efficiently, stay aligned with global strategy, and execute with speed, clarity, and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations, Project Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible positions providing management support by analyzing business processes, evolving communication standards, and streamlining project management.
  • Proven experience in project management, from small tasks to major marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver clear and timely communication to an international audience.
  • Proficiency in prioritization and balancing multiple projects with high attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and executive functioning skills.
  • Proactive and assertive follow-through with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team-building skills and techniques to lead projects from inception through successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a communication conduit between regional and HQ marketing teams, including Product Marketing, ISM, Creative, and Special Projects.
  • Consolidate and prepare ongoing regional updates, decks, and written communications that simplify complex and cross-region information.
  • Ensure teams have the necessary information, tools, and context to execute seasonal marketing plans effectively and on time.
  • Respond to last-minute requests from international teams, unblocking issues and finding solutions.
  • Balance planned work with urgent requests, maintaining attention to detail and impact on timelines and workflows.
  • Build and refine repeatable processes aligned with GTM, including planning, calendars, budgets, production, execution, and reporting.
  • Continuously improve by identifying gaps and inefficiencies in ways of working and proposing practical solutions.
  • Document and establish best practices for workflows specific to creative development, visibility, and approvals.
  • Compile and analyze inputs, including regional feedback, execution status, campaign performance, and marketplace insights.
  • Create clear reports and readouts to support decision-making and prioritization.
  • Lead cross-functional projects on behalf of INTL regions from briefing to execution, partnering with various marketing and finance teams.
  • Manage communication, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects moving forward and stakeholders informed.
  • Support campaign rollouts and regional activations with clear expectations.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and proxy to the INTL Marketing Director, attending meetings to ensure representation and communication.
  • Assist in preparing materials for leadership, driving visibility and updates on regional activities.
  • Support additional administrative requests as needed.
