Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year of work experience in a coordinator, project planning, marketing, or related role
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with experience working in database-driven systems
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across large, cross-functional teams
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including business writing and editing
  • Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning, tracking, system implementation, and communication across a large cross-functional team to support the growth of the international business.
  • Prepare, track, and reconcile marketing budgets.
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders, as needed.
  • Support business development efforts through spec changes, new product system setups and maintenance, artwork coordination, managing international asset distribution.
  • Coordinate department reports and communication inclusive of developing timelines, publishing key quarterly & monthly reports, communication with key stakeholders, and compiling and editing final deliverables.
  • Perform routine data pulls and analysis to support international needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
