Requirements

Bachelor's degree
1+ year of work experience in a coordinator, project planning, marketing, or related role
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with experience working in database-driven systems
Strong planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively across large, cross-functional teams
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including business writing and editing
Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

Responsible for the planning, tracking, system implementation, and communication across a large cross-functional team to support the growth of the international business.
Prepare, track, and reconcile marketing budgets.
Prepare and submit purchase orders, as needed.
Support business development efforts through spec changes, new product system setups and maintenance, artwork coordination, managing international asset distribution.
Coordinate department reports and communication inclusive of developing timelines, publishing key quarterly & monthly reports, communication with key stakeholders, and compiling and editing final deliverables.
Perform routine data pulls and analysis to support international needs.
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
