About The Position

The International Logistics Specialist is responsible for the successful execution of the Boise Export Documentation process. The role follows established policies and procedures to provide an optimal level of customer service, responds to customer needs related to bills of lading, and resolves problems internally and with the offshore team. The position reports directly to the Supervisor, Export Documentation. This position is based in Boise, Idaho, and follows a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least three days per week in the office and two days remote. The schedule may require flexible hours or shifts and extended hours, including weekends and holidays, according to business needs.

Requirements

0 to 2+ years of function-related experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Handle a high volume of incoming daily calls and emails.
Maintain and organize specialized functions, coordinating with the offshore team to complete them.
Analyze issues and determine whether escalation is necessary.
Address customer needs related to bills of lading and provide problem resolution internally and to the offshore team.
Apply knowledge, procedures, and sound judgment in daily decision-making.
